We use 18k Gold-Plated Brass, 18k Gold Vermeil, and .925 Sterling Silver materials. The product page of each item will state which material the piece is made from. If you have a known allergy, please read the product descriptions or contact us with questions before placing your order.

If the style or size you are looking for is sold out, you can sign up for ‘back in stock’ notifications directly on the product page. You will be notified via email as soon as the item is restocked. Items are usually restocked within 30 days or less.
If you receive an error message while placing your order, please review your credit card information, billing and shipping address. If the error persists, contact your credit card company to make sure there is not a hold on your account.
If you placed an order and have not received an email confirmation, please check your junk mail. If it’s not there, send an email to email@example.com with your first and last name and we will locate your order and resend a confirmation.
Shipping + Delivery
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and ‘Change Order’ in the subject line. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note that we cannot cancel or make changes to orders that have already been fulfilled and/or shipped.
Most orders will ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. Please note this when choosing the ‘Express Shipping’ option. Processing times are subject to delay during new launches and/or holidays.

Once the item is packaged, shipped and in the shipping carrier's hands, we are no longer responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries, or undeliverable addresses. Please contact the shipping provider with any shipping concerns.
If your tracking information shows your package was ‘delivered’, however you cannot locate it, please verify your shipping address is correct. Check to see if someone else accepted the delivery for you. Please wait 2-3 business days, as packages are sometimes marked delivered days before their actual arrival. If the package still has not arrived, please contact the shipping provider with your tracking information.
If your package was ‘Returned to Sender’ for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping fee to re-ship the item.
If your item arrives damaged, please email email@example.com within 5 days of the delivery date with your order number and ‘Damaged Order’ in the subject line. Attach a photo of the damaged product and we will send you a return shipping label and a replacement product.
